In Bjelovar, in northern Croatia, the landscape is open, dotted with isolated farms and wooden barns.
Wide beams, thick planks, hand-worked, assembled to last without ever trying to be perfect.
These barns were used, they sheltered, they endured the winters. Then they were left behind. And over time, the wood took on a different presence. More raw, more quiet.
This is where we source our material. We select it, then rework the wood in our workshop. Without altering its nature, simply giving it a new purpose.
Bjelovar is made of these forgotten structures. A material that has already lived, ready to continue in a different way.
